The GSA Schedule Process
FedPlanet is here to guide you in every step of the GSA Schedule process:
- Strategic positioning,
- Document collection,
- Schedule development and production,
- Schedule submission,
- Final Proposal Revision,
- The final schedule award,
- and beyond.
We will be there with you at each stage of the process. Because no two clients need the identical mix of services FedPlanet offers a vast array of services customized to your exact needs - all designed to ensure your success in the GSA Schedules.
The process starts with strategic analysis that can range from
- Which GSA Schedule (or Schedules) to prepare,
- What products and services to offer,
- What price to offer.
Once your company's GSA Schedule strategic vision is determined, FedPlanet will assist you in gathering the required company and contract information to include in the GSA Schedule Contract submission. As part of this process, FedPlanet will also assist you in:
- Completing the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and getting a CAGE Code,
- Maintaining your Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA),
- Review of your past performance contracts, and
- Obtaining your past performance rating.
If required, FedPlanet will also assist you in developing and implementing the Small Business Subcontracting Plan.
When complete, FedPlanet will prepare all required elements and submit your proposal to GSA.
On your behalf FedPlanet will work with GSA to clarify any points in the proposal. This includes answering questions; providing additional materials; attending meetings; supplying further analysis; and negotiating terms, conditions, and price.
Once discussions and negotiations are complete, FedPlanet will create the Final Proposal Revision (FPR) or the Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and submit it to GSA.
Upon award, FedPlanet will notify you and transfer the entire award package to you. FedPlanet support carries on after the original award. First there are the mandatory post-award documents (generally your GSA Schedule) that need to be formatted and submitted. FedPlanet will prepare these and submit proofs to GSA for approval. After approval, final delivery to you can be in hard copy, Adobe Acrobat™, or HTML.
After final award and approval, FedPlanet provides on-going support to our clients to ensure that your schedule meets your changing needs.
This post award service includes:
- Maintaining and updating your GSA pricelists,
- Submission of contract and price modifications when needed, and
- Ensuring that all changes in procedure and rules are incorporated in your Pricelist.
In addition, FedPlanet will assist you in listing your new GSA Schedule on GSA Advantage!, the GSA's electronic bulletin board of vendors. |
